- ingredients -

  • 4 slices Italian bread
  • 1/4 cup Sabra Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
  • 8 oz grape tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 oz extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 oz basil
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan, shaved

- directions -

  1. Toast Italian bread
  2. Spread Sabra Classic Hummus on toast
  3. Toss tomatoes in olive oil and grill
  4. Top with grilled tomatoes and Parmesan
  5. Garnish with basil
