Mediterranean Club Sandwich with Hummus

- ingredients -

  • Salad
  • 2 cups baby arugula
  • 1/4 cup Fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • Sandwich
  • 12 slices Premium Whole Grain, Sourdough or Ciabatta Bread
  • ½ cup Sabra Classic Hummus
  • ½ cup Sabra Cucumber Dill Tzatziki
  • 5 oz Roasted red peppers
  • 8 oz Sliced turkey breast
  • 4 oz Thinly sliced Prosciutto or cooked bacon
  • 4 oz Kalamata Olives, chopped

- directions -

  1. Prepare salad and set aside
  2. Lay toasted bread slices side by side and spread Sabra Classic Hummus on 2 slices of toast. (Top and bottom)
  3. Top one slice with Turkey Breast and roasted red peppers and top the second with tzatziki, prosciutto (or bacon), salad and chopped olives.
  4. Layer sandwich together to create a three-layered club style sandwich.
  5. Insert 4 frill picks or toothpicks.
  6. Slice sandwich into quarters creating 4 triangles.
