Grilled Salmon and Broccolini Hummus Bowl – Sabra
Grilled Salmon & Broccolini Hummus Bowl

- ingredients -

  • 4 – 4 oz Salmon Filet
  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 lemon, squeezed
  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 2 cups Broccolini, blanched
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste
  • 16 oz Sabra Classic Hummus

- directions -

  1. Brush salmon with extra virgin olive oil and season with salt and pepper
  2. Grill salmon for 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked to desired doneness
  3. Heat skillet with olive oil and sauté garlic and blanched broccoli. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until heated through. Season with salt and pepper
  4. Spoon 4 oz of Sabra Classic Hummus onto each serving bowl. Swirl the hummus, using the back of the spoon, to create a bowl of hummus inside of the serving bowl
  5. Top hummus with salmon, broccolini and fresh lemon
  6. Garnish with lemon
