California Chickpea Salad Wrap with Hummus

- ingredients -

  • 4 12 inch Chicken Wraps
  • 1/2 cup Sabra Red Pepper Hummus
  • 2 cups chickpea Salad
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup baby spinach
  • 1/4 cup sprouts
  • Chickpea Salad Recipe
  • 1 14.5-ounce can Chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Chopped celery, small
  • 1/3 cup Sabra Lemon Twist Hummus
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp Yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp Water

  1. Make chickpea salad: Smash chickpeas lightly in a medium mixing bowl with the back of the fork to create a variety of sizes of chickpea, do NOT smash them into a paste! Mix together the chickpeas, chopped celery, hummus, Greek yogurt, water, salt and Dijon mustard together until well combined.
  2. Warm tortilla
  3. Spread Sabra Red Pepper Hummus, chickpea salad, avocado, baby spinach, and sprouts
  4. Wrap and serve
